WEEKEND BOX OFFICE:  Avengers: Infinity War easily repeats atop the chart with 112.5MM on a 56 percent drop -- the first film to repeat on the first weekend of May since 1994.  It's currently lagging The Force Awakens domestically, but is the fastest film to crack a billion worldwide.  Where it ends up is a bit of a guess; there's no real competition again next weekend, but then you get Deadpool 2, then Solo at month's end.  Overboard surprisingly places with 14.8MM... or perhaps not so surprising because beyond Anna Faris, there's Eugenio Derbez, who has had under-the-radar success in smaller films tageted at Latino-American audiences. A Quiet Place shows with 7.6MM on a 31 percent drop in a very leggy run for the genre and a likely 10X return on the production budget.  I Feel Pretty takes the fourth slot with 4.9MM on a 40 percent drop, which suggests Amy Schumer will at least outgross her last one.  Rampage rounds out the Top Five with 4.6MMon a 36 percent drop; it may not crack 100MM domestic, but it's doing three times as well overseas.

JEFFREY TAMBOR will appear in the new season of Arrested Development despite recent sexual harassment allegations that resulted in him being dropped from Amazon's Transparent.

KHLOE HARDASHIAN may have buried the hatchet after Tristan Thompson's cheating scandal.
