WEEKEND BOX OFFICE: Shazam! repeated atop the chart with 25.1MM, but on a 53 percent drop that probably troubles the studio a bit, evenen though it will recoup its 100MM production budget domestically in a day or so. It may well threepeat before Thanos snaps his fingers. Little places with a surprisingly strong 15.5MM against a 20MM budget. The Hellboy reboot shows with 12MM against a 50MM budget, which is bomb territory when you consider the original opened with 23.1MM in 2004 (the 2008 sequel opened with 34MM). Pet Sematary slides to fourth with10MM; its 59 percent drop is not unusual for a horror flick, and this one cost only 21MM to produce. Dumbo rounds out the Top Five with 9.2MM on a 50 percent drop; this one will sting the House of Mouse, even after the overseas receipts are counted.
