WEEKEND BOX OFFICE: Hop dropped, but is still the tops with 21.7 million, recouping its 63 million production budget. The regurgitation of Arthur placed with 12.6 million, which has to be disappointing from an almost 3300 screen opening. Heh. Sadly, overseas receipts may bail out Russell Brand here.  Hanna was right behind with 12.3 million, which was likely a surprise to the good side.  Soul Surfer's 11.1 million opening (against an 18 million budget) was definitely a surprise and a testament to the strategy of marketing to church youth groups.  Insidious rounds out the Top Five with 9.7 million... and a 27 million total to date against a 1.5 million budget.  Below the fold, Your Highness opened in sixth with 9.5 million against a 50 million budget, which spells o-u-c-h.  Apparently, there is not an untapped audience for midieval stoner flicks.
