WEEKEND BOX OFFICE:  Joker remains atop the chart with another 18.9MM, becoming the biggest-ever  R-rated movie world wide, with the sort of legs raising the question of whether it will be in the Best Picture discussion, or muscled out by the big contenders coming as we head into year's end (the beginning of which seems to creem further up each year).  Maleficent: Mistress of Evil places with 18.5MM on a 50 percent slide, which likely means it's a dud if not a huge dud.  The Addams Family shows with 11.7MM, down only 28 percent as Halloween approaches.  Zombieland: Double Tap takes the fourth spot with 11.6MM, down 57 percent from its lackluster opening frame, meaning it likely won't match the original in theaters.  Countdown rounds out the Top Five with 9MM, which is probably fine against a 6.5MM budget heading into the holiday.
