WEEKEND BOX OFFICE: Fifty Shades Freed dominated the chart with 38.8MM, about 16 percent lower than last time and way off the original's 85MM debut.  Look for it to do yuge biz on Valentine's Day and then plummet.  Peter Rabbit placed with 25MM against a 50MM budget; it could be rabbit-leggy over the Presidents' day weekend.  Clint Eastwood's The 15:17 to Paris showed with 12.6MM;that's likely a major disappointment after his last couple of films, but maybe not a disaster against a 30MM budget.  Jumanji finally drops to the fourth slot with 9.8MM on a mere 10 percent drop.  The Greatest Showman rounded out the Top Five with 6.4MM on a still leggy 17 percent drop.
