WEEKEND BOX OFFICE: Good Boys tops the chart with 21MM, far surpassing gurus' estimates of 12-15MM and (iirc) the best original comedy opening of the year.  Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw places 14.1MM on a 44 percent drop; it's still doing far better overseas, so it the next F & F does well, we'll probably get another one of these.  The Lion King shows with 11.9MM on a 41 percent drop as it creeps up on 500MM domestic.  The Angry Birds Movie 2 debuts in the fourth slot with 10.5MM and 16.2MM since its Tuesday opening; that larger figure is less than half of its predecessor, despite better reviews, so ouch.  Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark rounds out the Top Five with 10MM on a 52 percent drop. Below the fold were three major new releases: 47 Meters Down: Uncaged, Blinded by the Light, and Where'd You Go, Bernadette. None had a large budget, but still a bit ouchy.
