Weekend Box Office: Avengers: Endgame Encore tops the chart with 26MM, one of the biggest re-releases ever. Resident Evil places with 23.3MM, and a 104.3MM total that will eclipse the total of all of the films in the franchise. The Heart of the Beast shows with 20MM, above expectations and carrying good word of mouth. Primetime also exceeded expectations in the fourth slot with 19.1MM and is, iirc, one of the top debuts for the A24 studio.
