CLAUDE PATE: Friend of Pate Ken King passed along this fan video for "New Year," the band's gnarliest track, from their X-meets-Soul Asylum phase. He also joined Twitter yesterday. Meanwhile, in the real world, Sheen's ex-wife, Brooke Mueller got a restraining order against him and went to the cops to wrestle physical custody of her two kids away from him... and police removed the kids by day's end.

CHRISTINA AGUILERA was reportedly arrested for public intoxication early Tuesday morning.  The singer was said to be with her boyfriend, who was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence.

LINDSAY LOHAN broke her silence about rehab in her first interview since leaving the treatment facility. Also, while prosecutors may think the store surveillance tape is a smoking gun in her grand theft case, other sources (likely Lohan defense sources) disagree.

His lawyer is already demanding payment for his eight missed episodes of Two and a Half Men.  Sheen then did a live interview on TMZ similarly chock full o' nuts, after which Sheen's longtime publicist quit, prompting Sheen to "fire" him.  You would think that was enough crazy for one day, but no... he turned up on CNN last night for bonus crazy, and it's GMA this morning.
